How many men are still in the Study?

Of the 268 original men in the Grant Study, 125 are still alive and 114 are still active in the Study.

Of the 456 original men in the Glueck Study, 226 are still alive and 161 are still active in the Study.

Are there opportunities to work on these projects?

Many students at all levels, as well as members of the academic and professional communities, work in our laboratory or on collaborative projects. For a list of opportunities for students and post-doctoral fellows, please visit the Training Opportunities page. Psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and others in related professions may contact the study by emailing us at email address.

Are there Study results I can read about?

You can get the references to the many articles and books already in circulation by visiting the Publications section of our website.

Can I contact people in the Study?

If you're a member of the Glueck or Grant Studies and you exchanged contact information with other participants at one of the luncheons or reunions, by all means! We, however, maintain strict confidentiality about all participants and therefore cannot disclose any contact information - including names - of participants in any of our studies.
