Training Opportunities
The Laboratory of Adult Development offers a variety of research and training opportunities. We welcome students, fellows, and faculty at all levels to join our team.
- Undergraduate work-study: During the academic year and summer, we typically have several undergraduate work-study research assistants from schools in the Boston area.
- Research for academic credit: We serve as a site for Harvard Medical School, for the Northeastern University Co-op Program, and for Simmons College's Field Work in Psychological Setting Program.
- Summer internships: In the summer, we offer full-time internship opportunities and as well as part-time volunteer positions.
- Research as part of professional training: Medical students, residents, and post-doctoral psychology fellows have been an integral part of our laboratory.
- Clinical Research Training Program (CRTP): We are a site for placement of post-doctoral fellows admitted to the Harvard Clinical Research Training Program. For more information about this program, please send inquiries to crtp@jbcc.harvard.edu.
- Faculty-level research associates: Junior and senior faculty from other academic institutions have worked with us on a variety of projects, and we welcome inquiries about possible collaborations.
